To register for the academy you will need to either mail or take a check into the Phoenix office.

The cost is $20 per couple. The check can be written out to LDS Family Services. Just let them know that you are registering for the academy. They are unable to take money in the office so it has to be a check. The academy is filled with a ton of great information about all aspects of  the adoption process. My husband and I have been able to attend multiple times and it is amazing.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.

CONGRATULATIONS

Josh & Elise Adopted their sweet little baby boy  Bennett.  We all couldn't be happier for them. He is one handsome little man. Congrats Josh & Elise.  YAAAY for the miracle of adoption.

ADOPTION ACADEMY

Don't forget to attend the adoption academy this Saturday (details are in the previous post)  We will have a jar at the academy that you can donate $$$ to birthmoms attending school. It will help them get the necessary school supplies for thier children or for themselves. Any amount would be really appreciated.

New FSA Chapter

JWelcome to Phoenix Families Supporting Adoption!

We are very excited to announce the new FSA chapter. We are excited to get organized and start promoting adoption in the Phoenix valley. We look forward to working with and for all FSA members. We are trying to get all of our committees up and running and are definitely looking for help. If you are at all interested in participating in FSA in any way, please contact us! We’d love to get as many people involved as would like to, and there is lots of work to do.

To kick off our newly formed chapter we are going to have a ice cream social on Friday, May 6th at 6:30 p.m. We will meet in the Glendale North Stake center.  Come and socialize, eat yummy ice cream, and have a good time.
